So, how much are you willing to spend on a bra?Do you have a collection of bras ranging from “the one I wear to clean the house,” to “the little black dress bra?”How long do you keep a bra?It seems that these answers should be alike for all of us, but I’m always amazed at some women’s answers. Our Mamas didn’t really teach us all the same way.  Is there a standard regiment for bra maintenance?

As an extension of the previous post, and because I think it’s  a good way to assess your health, I’ve decided to join Oprah’s bandwagon to promote RealAge.com.If you take a little time, maybe about 15 minutes to create a profile and answer the survey questions, you will get to find out how old you really are.I am biologically 26.3 years old, but my real age is 30.4 !  The assessment told me I need to change a few habits to bring down some years, and actually gave me good advice on how to do it.Take it for yourself at realage.com, and BE HONEST WHEN YOU ANSWER THE QUESTIONS! The results might shock you, but knowledge about your health is the best way you can improve it.

A new study by the American Pyschological Association reveals that 48% of Americans complain about not being able to sleep at night.  The ADA says the most prevelant causes are stress about 1.Money and 2. Work. (New York Post)

What’s more, another study performed by Travelodge (at 310 of their locations) found an increase of sleepwalkers roaming their hotels.  There had been more than 400 cases in the past year, almost all involving men. A number had walked into the reception area asking for a newspaper or saying they wanted to check out. Again, sleep experts blame stress, alcohol abuse and lack of sleep for the disorder. Do you not sleep? Could you be a sleepwalker and not even know it?

Are we all just crazy zombies? I think so.

I bet Isaac Assimov never predicted this!

What if your cell phone could detect when your stress levels were out of whack and then give you a pep talk to make you feel better? What if it could detect your bad breath, your caloric intake, and your pulse? Well, that’s the latest tech idea out of Japan, proving that we really haven’t seen it all.

“The prototype Wellness mobile phone from Japan’s NTT DoCoMo Inc. targets users with busy lives who want a hassle-free way of keeping track of their health,” according to company spokesman Noriaki Tobita.

This phone apparently has internal sensors that track all of this stuff. When you want to determine your stress level, it asks you a series of questions like, “Did you go to sleep after midnight?” or “Do you feel lethargic?” and if the user responds with too many yeses, the phone gives a high stress reading. It then shoots out a happy go lucky message like,”Don’t worry, tomorrow is another day!”

I don’t know about all of you, but I think I can get all of that information with just one glance in a mirror!
